We draft the contract during the Contract stage, right after the quote is finalized. Our process runs Inquiry → Requirements → Quote → Contract → Development & Delivery, and actual development starts only after the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
The contract covers scope, timeline, price, and payment terms (a 50% deposit and 50% balance). If you need a tax invoice, we work that out at this same stage.
